Here is the essential information for our property's trash, recycling, and green waste services, which are provided by Universal Waste Systems (UWS).
Regular Collection Day: WEDNESDAY
Service Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Action: Please have all your carts at the curb by 6:00 AM on Wednesday morning to ensure pickup.
You have three 96-gallon carts for your use:
Refuse Cart: For general household trash.
Green Waste Cart: For yard waste (grass clippings, leaves, small branches, etc.).
Recyclables Cart: For all commingled recyclables (paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, glass, etc.).

This is the most important part: collection is delayed when a holiday falls on a weekday before our pickup day.
The Rule: When a holiday falls on a weekday (Monday-Friday), collections for the remainder of that week are delayed by one day.
Our Schedule (Wednesday):
If a holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday, our Wednesday pickup will be moved to THURSDAY.
If a holiday falls on our pickup day (Wednesday), our pickup will be moved to THURSDAY.
If a holiday falls on a Thursday or Friday, our Wednesday schedule will not be affected.
